All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Rates may vary based on room type, dates, and other factors.

Payment:

Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and online payment methods.

Cancellation Policy:

• No refund will be provided if the guest cancels the booking less than 8 hours before the check-in time.
• A 90% refund will be provided if the guest cancels the booking more than 12 hours before the check-in time.

Check-in/Check-out:

Check-in time is at 12:00 noon, and check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Guest Responsibility:

Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents during their stay. Additional charges may apply for any damages incurred.

Behavior:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies or disrupts the peace and comfort of other guests.

Liability:

Manali Cottage shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during the guest's stay, including but not limited to theft, accidents, or natural disasters.

Modification of Terms:

Manali Cottage reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
