No refund will be provided if the guest cancels the booking less than 8 hours before the check-in time.
A 90% refund will be provided if the guest cancels the booking more than 12 hours before the check-in time.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used for the booking.
Any applicable service fees or transaction charges incurred during the booking process will not be refunded.
In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be provided.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our reservations team.
